What this site collects

Only what you type into one of the enquiry forms. Nothing is collected from you for simply reading the site.

Charter enquiry

Experience format, preferred and alternative dates, number of guests, indicative budget, catering preference, free-text preferences, your name, email address and phone number.

Ownership enquiry and brochure request

Share of interest, weeks of use per year, timing, country of residence, free text, your name, email address and phone number, and your consent to be contacted.

Investor enquiry

Organisation, nature of interest, indicative involvement, your role, free text, your name and email address.

Each submission also carries the enquiry type and the language you were reading the site in, so that we reply in the right one.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you the ownership brochure. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• To keep a record of what was discussed. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in being able to evidence our own commercial exchanges (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use your details for nothing else. There is no newsletter, no list, no profiling and no automated decision-making.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, writes nothing to local or session storage, and carries no analytics, advertising or social tracking of any kind. That is why you are never asked to accept anything.

Who else sees your data

• Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives and forwards the enquiry forms on our behalf. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• [hosting provider] hosts the site and may process technical connection logs, including your IP address.
• Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC. The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google's servers whenever a page opens. [delete this line once the font is self-hosted]

Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that lead nowhere: [retention period, e.g. 24 months] from the last contact. Enquiries that lead to a booking or an ownership discussion are kept for the length of the relationship and then for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax law.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or its erasure, a restriction of how it is used, its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or to the authority where you live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries travel encrypted. No system is perfect, but we hold no payment details and no special categories of data.
